How to apply for a B.Sc Associate Degree in Science

Applying for your B.Sc Associate Degree in Science from the University of the Punjab is a straightforward process, but it requires attention to detail and adherence to specific timelines and requirements. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure you complete the application correctly and efficiently.

Eligibility & Fee Structure

You can apply for your degree after 60 days of the announcement of your result. The fee structure is as follows.

  • Within 1 year of the result announcement: Rs. 3600/- (check the PU website for the latest fee).
  • After 1 year of the result announcement: Free of charge.

Required Documents

Before you begin the application process, make sure you have the following documents, all attested:

1.  CNIC copy
2.  1st and 2nd year MBBS DMC copy
3.  B.Sc English Exam Result Card copy
4.  University of the Punjab registration card copy
5.  Paid challan form (if applying within 1 year of the result)

Application Process

Follow these steps to apply for your B.Sc Associate Degree:

  1. Download the Degree Form
    Visit the downloads section of the University of the Punjab website at or download the degree form directly from this link.
  2. Fill Out the Form
    Complete all sections of the form and attach the required documents listed above.
  3. Payment of Fee (if applicable)
    • If you are applying within 1 year of the result, you need to pay the fee. Follow these steps:
    • Generate a Challan Form by visiting or click here.
    • Select the challan for: Degree verification.
    • Enter the latest fee amount in the “Amount Rs” box. (See image at the bottom of the page)
    • Fill out page 3 of the degree form and attach the challan form copy.
  4. Skip Payment Step (if applicable)
    • If you are applying after 1 year of the result, skip steps 2 and 3. Only fill out page 1 of the form.
  5. Double-Check Your Details
    Ensure all information is accurate and all necessary documents are attached. Any discrepancies or missing documents can delay the processing of your degree.
  6. Submit the Application
    Send your completed form and documents to the following address via TCS, Leopards, or M&P courier services. Keep the tracking ID for future reference.

Important Tips

  • Check the Latest Fee: Always verify the current fee on the PU website before making any payment.

  • Follow-Up: If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, use your tracking ID to follow up with the University’s examination department. Degree usually arrives in 45 days after delivery of documents
